Observation tower Žalý was built in 1892. There is extends a view for region: Hradec Kralove, Trutnov, even Prague and for most important places in Krkonoše mountains: Śnieżka, Kotel, Luční, Černá Hora, Medvědín, etc. Thick fog prevented us from enjoying the view from the tower but it could not stop us in front of many positive hiking impressions.
